Tom Droesch represents the fourth generation of real estate professionals in the Droesch family beginning with the establishment of Droesch Homes by his great grandfather back in the early 1900's.  A licensed Realtor®, Real Estate Broker and Certified Relocation Specialist, Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an active member of the local, state and national Boards of Realtors.  His strong technical background and extensive retail sales experience has proven to be the perfect combination for success in today's competitive real estate market.

With over three generations of Real Estate professionals behind him, Frank Droesch offers his clients the experience and knowledge of more than 18 years of service in the Orange County area.  During this time he has learned that the most important aspects of a successful career in real estate for him have been solid management, a thorough attention to detail and effective communication.  His adoption of these aspects has honored him with multiple-year Coldwell Banker Top Performance Awards and a large family of satisfied clients.

 

MANAGEMENT AS A TOOL FOR SUCCESS

 

Effective management of every transaction from the initial contract to the close of escrow is critical to achieving positive results, satisfied clients and continued future business.  As CEO of FADCO Electronics, former Director of the Casta del Sol Homeowners Association and through his professional education, including a BSEE, MSEE and the completion of courses in marketing, business planning, finance and residential housing development, Frank has developed these management skills and translated them into an efficient operational platform for his clients.  Keeping you as a client for life is his goal, so as a customer you can be confident that every transaction will be managed efficiently, effectively and with professionalism.

Oftentimes in real estate, the deal is in the details.  Frank learned the importance of attention to details early in his life as a Senior Air Traffic Controller in Frankfurt, Germany, an instrument rated pilot, and later on in his roles as:

 

- Technical Department Manager for Hughes Aircraft Company (HAC)

- Level 4 Scientist/Engineer of Environmental Engineering (HAC)

- Section Head, Environmental Engineering Laboratory (HAC)

- Vice President, Institute of Environmental Sciences

 

These sophisticated technical roles have proved invaluable in developing the thought processes and skills Frank now employs in his career as a Real Estate professional.  Many clients have mentioned this as his greatest asset and trust him year after year to handle their transactions.

 

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY

 

Being able to communicate clearly and concisely in any business is a talent that requires continuous development. To achieve this and to better serve his clients, Frank regularly enrolls in classes and educational seminars specializing in negotiation, dispute resolution and the improvement of inter-personal skills. As an active member of the national, state and local Boards of Realtors, he confers with many other top real estate professionals, keeping his finger on the pulse of the industry and staying informed for his clients.

Prior to joining her father and brother at Droesch Properties, Jacqueline gained hands-on administrative & financial experience as a partner in the start-up of VFC, Inc., a faith based non-profit organization, where she served as Vice President for 9 years.

A multi-million dollar producer in her own right, Debbie has been licensed for 15 years in the state of California, is an active member of the O.C. Board of Realtors and is also a member of the Southern California Multiple Listing Service .  Prior to joining The Droesch Team she worked as Office Administrator for the Coldwell Banker Dana Point office where she honed her skills and developed the efficient  file management structure that we use  in every transaction.
